AYNSO provincial chapter in Bamyan province held a meeting began at 9:00 AM    with recitation of some verses of Holly Quran and then brief introduction of the participants and description of the meeting by AYNSO provincial chairman, Mr. Enayatullah Zargham, to follow the decisions made during the town-hall meeting conducted on Saturday November 17, 2012. At the town-hall meeting representative of Department of Health and Education promised to do the following things;
1.    Head of Department of Education promised to conduct skills building training workshops for the teachers to improve their capacity in the center and number of the districts
2.    Representative of Department of Health promised to have a team to observe and monitor doctors’ presence in the hospital and clinics and meanwhile have a control on the expired foods sold in Market.
During the follow-up meeting, head of Department of Education reported that they have conducted skills building workshop in the center of Bamyan through which they improved and built the skills of 40 female teachers and meanwhile similar 3 more training workshops were held in Panjaab and Waras districts including one for Shaheedan village of center of the province which covered total of (200-250) teachers, 70-80 teachers per center. He also mentioned about holding of the skills building workshops for the Science teachers in the center of the province and Yakawolang district. Total of 100 science teachers from 488 schools in the center and Yakawolang district were covered and trained.
Representative of Department of Health reported that he has assigned a team to control the attendance sheet of the doctors and other staff to be present on time and be on duty. Also, the mentioned team is responsible to have a control on the foods in the market, not be expired. Meanwhile, they asked AYNSO to cooperate the assigned team in reporting them if they find anything wrong.
The reports provided by both the entities were acceptable to AYNSO and elected officials and elected officials appreciated AYNSO for conducting such useful events and follow with the results.  
Note: this is worthy to mention that a separate report including pictures which will have appreciation letters attached, will be submitted later on, as evidence to prove the positive outcomes of the events.
The meeting officially ended at 2:00 after lunch was served by the AYNSO officials.
