Ghazni province:
AYNSO held the third issues ID meeting in the conference hall of (Shahr- Awlia restaurant) on Sunday June 17 2012 in which total of 24 people participated (all men). The participants were consisting of Barat Khan PC of AYNSO, Abdul Wali the secretary of AYNSO provincial branch, journalists, elders, youths and students. Based on the agenda, the meeting began at 10 am by recitation of some verses of holly Quran by Noorullah and right after then, provincial chairman of AYNSO, Barat Khan, welcomed the participants and introduced the process of this meeting. From 10:05 – 10:45 the program was briefly explained by the provincial chairman and asked the participants to list their concerns and challenges as they are currently coping with. Then from 10:45-11:30 all the participants individually listed the main issues based on their community concerns and finally they were divided into 4 groups of 5 people each. Each group discussed about the issues collectively and prioritized 3-5 main concern issues and selected one representative to share their issues with other participants that took one hour (11:30-12:30 pm) and then the meeting followed by lunch. Eventually, from 2-4 pm all the participants prioritized 3-6 main concerns out of what each group shared and selected a representative to participate to the town-hall meeting and present their prioritized issues. The main prioritized concerns were:
1-    Lack of security. 2- Poverty and unemployment. 3- Improper cultures in the society. 4- Ethnic discrimination. 5- Corruption 6- Lack of health care facilities.
Solutions: 1- cooperation of public with the government and security forces. 2- Arranging capacity building programs for youth and establishment of industries. 3- Social and welfare programs awareness, human rights, 4- Responsibilities of Mullahs, scholars, intellectuals, elders in the community. 5- Selection of right people for the right job. 6- Cooperation of Ministry of Public Health in establishing health care facilities and clinics.
