Parwan Province:
AYNSO held the 3rd issues ID meeting in (Ariana Restaurant) on Wednesday August 08, 2012 in Chaarikar city of Parwan Province in which 20 people (all males) participated. The participants were Sayed Khan the provincial political analyst, Abdul Zahir Salangy the provincial council member for Parwan Province, school teachers, students, youths, and social activists. As per the agenda, the meeting began at 10 am by recitation of some verses of holly Quran and then from 10:05 – 10:45 Provincial Chairman of AYNSO Ms. Nazeefa Mujadidi briefed the participants about the process of this program and urged them to actively participate in the gathering and asked the individuals to list down their main problems and concerns on the notebooks given to them. Then from 10:45-11:30 all the participants individually listed the main issues based on their community concerns and finally they were divided into 4 groups of A, B, C, and D, 5 people each. Each group discussed about the issues collectively and prioritized 3-5 main concern issues and selected one representative to share their issues with other participants that took one hour (11:30-12:30 pm). Eventually from 12:30 to 2:00 pm, all the participants prioritized 3-5 main concerns out of what each group shared and selected a representative to participate to the town-hall meeting and present their prioritized issues. The prioritized concerns were as below:
1-    Lack of Security, 2- Unemployment. 3- Corruption in government and private agencies, 4- Lack potable and hygienic water. 5- Lack of professional teachers and educational material.
